In more hotfixes pushed to the live servers today, some Sanctum of Domination raid items have been changed.

Whispering Shard of Power drops from Remnant of Ner'zhul in the Sanctum of Domination for Strength users.

A Voice In The Darkness   A voice whispers to you, periodically compelling you to follow its instructions. If you comply, you will be rewarded with 338258 of your highest secondary stat for 20 sec.
