Based on the WoW 2025 Roadmap, we should expect 11.2.5 to drop around Autumn, so likely October-ish. This patch will bring new unspecified content as well as the 21st Anniversary event.

Encrypted 11.2.5 War Within Build Spotted on Dev Servers – Internal Testing Starting
Only today we learned about the release dates of Patch 11.2 and Season 3, but development continues. Blizzard has updated one of their internal servers with the first 11.2.5 build, build 61864. Note that this build is encrypted, so we can't datamine its contents.
