The pre-requisite quest "Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger" is currently bugged or intentionally disabled by Blizzard, preventing players from completing the quest. This quest is a pre-requisite for the Ogri'la Reputation Quest Hub, meaning players can not access the new daily quests.
