Frost Mage will now, for once, be acceptable to play in proper PVE scenarios for the first time since very early on in Classic WoW. This is because we will be playing a version of Mists of Pandaria, which comes with the nerfs and buffs from the 5.4.0 Patch. All this to say we'll be playing a massively buffed late expansion version of Frost Mage in the early patches instead.
