Wowhead's Best in Slot Gear Guides for Burning Crusade Classic are now live, with detailed lists for useful items to acquire during Phase 3. Phase 3 introduces two new 25 man Raids, Black Temple and Mount Hyjal. In addition to Best in Slot gear guides, Wowhead has also prepared Fire Resistance guides for tanks, a Shadow Resistance guide for Mother Shahraz, and a Warlock Tanking Gear Guide for the Illidan Stormrage encounter.

Warglaive Loot Priority in Burning Crusade Classic

The Warglaive of Azzinoth items are among the most sought-after items in all of World of Warcraft. These weapons drop from Illidan Stormrage in upcoming Black Temple raid. Players in The Burning Crusade Classic are about to get their first attempts at defeating Illidan and obtaining the Warglaives when Phase 3 raids release on January 27th. Some lucky few may even see a Warglaive of Azzinoth drop on their first kill!

Tier List for 2v2 Arena Teams in Burning Crusade Classic

With the close of the Merciless Gladiator Arena Season in Burning Crusade Classic, we thought it was a perfect time to release a comprehensive and detailed composition tier list for Arena. We're going to be looking at all brackets, beginning with 2v2. Our angle is data oriented, meaning we're considering things from a numbers based philosophy. Mind Quickening Gem Updated in Burning Crusade Classic

Blizzard has updated the trinket Mind Quickening Gem after community concerns were raised, asking if Blizzard could just ban the item in arenas instead of nerfing the haste bonus altogether.

We have one update to the patch that we want to make very clear. Previously in testing, we were adjusting the Haste that Mind Quickening Gem provided across the board. We’ve narrowed the scope of the adjustment:

Mind Quickening Gem is no longer usable in Arenas.
