Ignore Players Account-Wide in Patch 9.1.5
Blizzard is making a small but immensely helpful change to chat reporting and user accessibility within the game by extending the /ignore feature to be account-wide, so that players can no longer circumvent the chat restriction by simply logging onto a different character.
