Additionally, Blizzard confirmed that players will be able to skip to the final bosses of SSC and TK once Phase 3 goes live.

Attunements for SSC and TK are no longer required when the new raids open.
Players are permitted to skip straight to Vashj and Kael’thas when the new raids open.
