Unlike Season 1, the "Hall of Fame" is no longer limited to a certain number of players, so players have until the weekly reset in their region to earn the achievement. In return, players will earn the Feat of Strength, title, and Apophic Soul Crusher mount as exclusive rewards. Additionally, the Corrosive Victory toy obtained after completing the seasonal questline will forever display your Hall of Fame rank.
In addition to all the other rewards, which include 60 uncapped Hero and 30 uncapped Myth crests.
Like other Nemeses before it, defeating Azta'rec requires timing, positioning, and a good understanding of the boss mechanics, the hardest of which is its memory game. Requiring players to dance between four quadrants and then repeat the sequence a second time without the telegraph can give some players a lot more difficulty than others, so many have turned to addons for help.

As long as the player remains facing the boss, the addon automatically records the safe spot after each wave, and then audibly repeats the sequence so that players know exactly where to move. This doesn't remove all of the challenge, as they still must dodge waves of poison blobs, defeat the add, interrupt or dispel, and follow the sequence in a fairly short amount of time, but it severely reduces the main mental burden, allowing players to focus on those other mechanics.
As for the best Valeera loadout for bringing the Nemesis down: Moleman, creator of the community resource Moleman's Delve Compendium, has a great video guide. In particular, Soul-Cracking Dreamcatcher is massively overpowered for this boss, providing a near-constant uptime since you'll be interrupting frequently!
