This plays at the end of the New Beginnings questline, the final chapter of the 10.2 Defenders of the Dream story which seems to unlock after defeating Fyrakk. This chapter focuses on the future of the Night Elves, rewarding the recolored heritage armor.
This cutscene takes place during the final quest Andu-falah-dor, which translates to "Let Balance Be Restored" in Darnassian.
