This plays during the New Beginnings questline, the final chapter of the 10.2 Defenders of the Dream story which seems to unlock after defeating Fyrakk. This chapter focuses on the future of the Night Elves, rewarding the recolored heritage armor.
In this cutscene, we see the Night Elves performing a ritual for the new moonwell after gathering special offerings for the ceremony in previous quests.
