While boomkins were nerfed in yesterday's build, these hotfixes partially revert some of those changes but still leave it as a nerf:
The Eclipse hotfixes reverts Eclipse to the original state before the build.
The hotfixes buffs Mastery, but it's still a nerf compared to before yesterday's build.
