Shadowlands Cantrip Item Effects Now Disabled Above Level 60
In a recent hotfix, Edge of Night, Cruciform Veinripper and Gavel of the First Arbiter's item effects are now been disabled when the player is above level 60.
Edit: Added Edge of Night and Cruciform Veinripper.

Gavel of the First Arbiter from The Jailer in Sepulcher of the First Ones was a very very powerful weapon, due to its "On Use" effect.
