This was the same tooltip being used by all three quality levels of Enchant Ring - Writ of Versatility. This seems odd, since the materials and skills needed to produce these are quite different but they were all saying +35 Versatility.

Different Quality Enchants Not Showing Correct Values in Dragonflight
Here at Wowhead Labs, we were puzzled by the fact that Quality , Quality , and Quality Enchants were giving our database 0 for values, but were all giving the same tooltip values in game. This didn't make sense. Here's an example:
