Blizzard has announced an upcoming hotfix addressing a bug with Horadric Phials not dropping from Horadric Strongrooms and the Astaroth boss fight. With the release of Season 9 mere hours ago and a hotfix patch scheduled for tomorrow, Blizzard seems to be reacting quickly to issues as they pop up.
