Blizzard has announced an upcoming hotfix addressing a bug with Horadric Phials not dropping from Horadric Strongrooms and the Astaroth boss fight. With the release of Season 9 mere hours ago and a hotfix patch scheduled for tomorrow, Blizzard seems to be reacting quickly to issues as they pop up. If you found a bug and would like to report it, the best course of action would be to make your voice heard on the official Diablo 4 forums.
