This buff was first introduced as a 50% experience bonus for leveling players, and with this update, the experience bonus will be increased to 100%. This should allow players to level to the current cap of 40 much faster, experiencing new content such as the Gnomeregan raid.

Season of Discovery 100% Experience Bonus Coming Soon – Season of Discovery
Blizzard is implementing the Discoverer's Delight experience buff starting the week of March 5 for leveling characters, providing a 100% bonus up from 50% experience bonus in Season of Discovery.
