For many specs, the Tier Set that won the Season 4 poll is the same set bonus as Season 3. Even though the set bonus for these specs in Season 4 is the exact same, the old Tier will not count towards the new set bonuses.

Season 4 Tier Set Bonuses Do Not Mix-and-Match with Season 3 Tier Set Bonuses
Season 4 launches tomorrow and it's important to note that the Season 3 tier set pieces do not count towards the Season 4 tier sets, even if the bonuses are the same.
