Path to Lady Vashj & Kael’thas Open Right Away on Burning Crusade Classic PTR
On the Burning Crusade Classic Patch 2.5.3 PTR, upon zoning into the Serpentshrine Cavern, the path to Lady Vashj is open right away. It isn't clear whether or not this change will be available when the patch eventually hits live servers or if this is just an easier way for players to test the Lady Vashj encounter.

Kael'thas gate is also open on the PTR, but your group will need to kill all the trash on the way to Kael'thas.
