Where to Obtain

Pandaren players, or players who are Exalted with Tushui Pandaren, can purchase the Dragon Turtle mounts from Old Whitenose in Stormwind City, or Turtlemaster Odai in Orgrimmar. The Rare mounts require level 20, and the Epic mounts require level 40.
