Patch 9.1 Sanctum of Domination Raid Hotfixes – Kel’Thuzad and Eye of the Jailer

More last-minute Patch 9.1 Sanctum of Domination raid hotfixes have been made to the Kel'Thuzad and Eye of the Jailer encounters, changing when these bosses change phases and tuning some abilities.

Eye of the Jailer now transitions at 66% and 33% (was 75%, 50% and 25%), which looks to completely removes one add phase from the encounter.
