On the latest PTR patch, a subtle change has been added to the WoW client: Now, when you get disconnected from the server, you no longer need to close your client and reopen it from your Battle.net client - You can now reconnect via the Reconnect button! You can also press Enter to reconnect once the Reconnect button shows up.
