In the recent Developer Notes for WoW Classic PTR Patch 1.14.4, Blizzard mentioned a new model for the Duel to the Death flag, which is a new feature on Hardcore Realms.

A new art unique art Duel to the Death flag asset has been added to WoW Classic Hardcore.
