Keystone NPC Added in Front of Portals in Valdrakken – Get Keystone and Lower Keystone

The Keystone NPC has been added in front of the portals in Valdrakken which allows you to get a keystone and lower your keystone.

This NPC replaces the one in Oribos which allows you to get your keystone if you don't have it, or lower your keystone if it's too high.
