Build Highlights

Blood Death Knight buff to all spells

Survival Hunter buffs to Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite

Shadow Priest changes. Shadowflame Prism, Talbadar's Stratagem, and Devouring Plague nerfed, Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch buffed.
