It’s Not Too Late to Get Attuned to Tempest Keep Before The Burning Crusade Anniversary Phase 2!

With the release of The Burning Crusade Anniversary Phase 2 raids coming later this week, now is the perfect time to finish up your raid attunements and get ready to enter Tempest Keep!

Tempest Keep Attunement Guide

Before players can enter the new raid, they must first complete the lengthy Cipher of Damnation questline, which begins with either The Hand of Gul'dan or The Hand of Gul'dan in Shadowmoon Valley. While long, this questline can mostly be completed solo, with a few quests, including the The Cipher of Damnation, requiring a group to complete. If you'd like to see every quest involved in this chain, check out our full Cipher of Damnation Guide!

After completing The Cipher of Damnation quest chain, players will unlock the Trials of the Naaru, starting with Trial of the Naaru: Mercy. This quest will task players with entering Heroic Shattered Halls and defeating the Shattered Hand Executioner before reaching the time limit.

The second quest, Trial of the Naaru: Strength, tasks players with defeating the final bosses of both The Steamvault and Shadow Labyrinth on Heroic difficulty. After completing these two dungeons and looting the Kalithresh's Trident and Murmur's Essence, the quest can be turned in to A'dal.

The third quest in the series, Trial of the Naaru: Tenacity, is a challenge, as players will need to complete The Arcatraz on Heroic, while also ensuring that Millhouse Manastorm survives the final encounter.

Completing all of these Heroic dungeon feats will unlock the final quest in the series - Trial of the Naaru: Magtheridon. If you've been raiding in Phase 1, then this quest should be simple. Enter Magtheridon's Lair with your raid group and defeat Magtheridon.

Not again!

Completing the final quest will reward players with the Phoenix-fire Band and the The Tempest Key, allowing access to the Tempest Keep raid!
