Before this nerfs, this trinket was looking to be Best-in-Slot for many specs, including some melee DPS specs. However, it's clear that Blizzard wants this to be a ranged trinket as they've now added an additional clause to it. Our class guide writers will be updating their guides to account for this nerf!
