On NA servers, there is a World Quest that awards 750 Bloody Tokens which is available until the daily reset. This will give you some easy item level 366 gear.

For NA servers, there is What Hoof We Here: Tarolekk available until the daily reset while in War Mode. This is technically a PvP World Quest but no PvP is required.
Head to the arena in the Ohn'ahran Plains and kill the boss. The arena is a Free-For-All flag and anyone outside of your group is hostile.
