In Patch 9.1.5, Anima Conductor upgrades will grant the ability to obtain Grateful Offerings with covenant callings! We're currently testing the values from the 9.1.5 PTR, but at Anima Conductor Rank 3, Calling boxes are granting 7-9 Grateful Offerings.

Grateful Offerings Now Reward from Covenant Callings with Anima Conductor Upgrades in Patch 9.1.5
As Anima acquisiton became much easier in Patch 9.1, players have started collecting Covenant rewards, but another barrier has since blocked farming for these: Acquiring Grateful Offerings, which are rewarded from doing Anima Conductor tasks.
