A new spell has officially been added to the dungeon journal for Mythic Kel'Thuzad in Patch 9.1.5, which refreshes cooldowns whenever you complete a Phylactery Phase! This will hopefully end the "Stop DPS" Meta that is the dominant strategy on the boss fight.
