FTC Sues to Block Microsoft Acquisition of Activision Blizzard
In a 3-to-1 vote, the Federal Trade Commission has approved a lawsuit intended to block Microsoft's proposed $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, citing potential harm to consumers due to concerns of exclusivity.
