Frederick the Fabulous
Frederick the Fabulous was datamined back in Patch 11.2.7, yet for some time, players weren't able to find this blob anywhere throughout Azeroth. This name has been teased for quite some time; the Pandaren NPCs who give furniture quests all have the title <Frederick's Fabulous Furniture> following their name.
In a Reddit post made by Wrain_Fox, the location of Frederick was finally discovered! Frederick the Fabulous is in the northeast end of the Jade Forest, located underwater in a flipped ship.

Golden Cloud Serpent Treasure Chest
A while back, a Golden Pandaria chest was mysteriously listed on a vendor not yet available to players. Many players spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to earn this chest, yet no one was ever able to figure it out.
We now have a conclusion to this mystery. For finding Frederick the Fabulous, players can now receive the Golden Cloud Serpent Treasure Chest.
Before going and finding Frederick, however, players will need to complete the small decor questline from Second Chair Pawdo, starting with Furniture Favor and ending with Last Light. Once completed, the chest can be looted from Frederick.
