In the current Patch 10.0.5 patch, the Mastering the Elements tree in both Herbalism and Mining have similar effects. When you unlock the Titan Touched sub-tree within Mastering the Elements, the current perk is that mining or herbing Titan-Touched deposits will empower you with Enlightened Potential, increasing your speed and secondary stats for a short while.
