The Flame-Warped Curio item has been added on the 10.2 PTR, confirming the return of Tier Omni-Tokens!
After the announcement of Revival Catalyst week 1, and now the confirmation that Dragonflight Season 3 Master also rewards a piece of tier, we've now also confirmed that the Tier Omni-Tokens have also been added to the game - Flame-Warped Curio and related vendor Kirasztia.
