Dragonflight Pre-Expansion PTR Development Notes September 13th

Blizzard has posted the Dragonflight Pre-Patch PTR development notes for September 13th! Class highlights include a brand new Frost Death Knight tree, Lesser Dragonkin pets for Hunters, more pathing for Monk talent trees, several new talents for Paladins and Priests, the removal of Skull Banner from all Warrior specializations, while non-class highlights include a new Soulshape toy, rated Solo Shuffle PvP, and HUD updates.
