Here are the class and spell changes for Dragonflight Build 45570 which includes Warrior Skull Banner being removed.

Edit: Both PTR and Beta have now had these class changes applied. They are the same build.

Highlights

Complete rework of the Frost Death Knight talent tree, as explained in the recent blue post.

Demon Hunter Metamophosis and Mastery: Fel Blood updates, as explained in the recent blue post.

Balance Druid Mastery: Astral Invocation replaces Mastery: Total Eclipse.
