Diablo III Season 26 | The Fall of The Nephalem | Patch 2.7.3 Preview Blog

Today Blizzard announced that the next Diablo III patch, 2.7.3, will go live on April 12th with Season 26 to follow shortly afterward on April 15th.

This season will include a new theme which introduces a new activity to the game: the Echoing Nightmare. This new multi-tiered event will allow players to acquire a new legendary gem, the Whisper of Atonement, which is used for augmenting Ancient Legendary items. This is the very first time a new activity has been introduced with a Season.
