Here are the datamined nerfs for Timecap'n Hooktail in So'leah's Gambit. This should make this boss much easier if you're not perfect when using the Infinite Breath to kill the Corsair Brutes.
Double Time - Hooktail calls upon her infinite magic to drastically increase the movement and attack speed of all Corsair Brutes.
Attack speed increased by 100%50%.
