One of the standout features of Patch 11.1.5 is the cooldown manager - Blizzard's answer to class combat addons and weakauras, but how useful is it really? Although the manager is a giant leap forward for World of Warcraft's continually evolving base UI, the manager is curiously limited, showing preset spells and buffs without the ability to choose which or in what order, though players have already begun creating helpful tools to expand Blizzard's base functionality.
