In the recent Cataclysm Classic Launch Notes, Blizzard has confirmed that the weekly cap for Valor has been raised to 1600. For reference, the weekly Valor cap in Cataclysm's original release was 1000, but due to the increased content cadence of Cataclysm Classic, the weekly Valor and Conquest caps will be raised by roughly 60%. Additionally, it was confirmed that Valor will not be earnable until after the first weekly reset after launch.
