In a Reddit thread discussing the recent 2.4 PTR changes, Diablo's Global Community Development Lead Adam Fletcher unveiled more details regarding future PTR development.

The posting adds context to Blizzard's approach regarding Diablo II: Resurrected's very first PTR implementation. Fletcher also mentions "ladder testing" will happen down the road, indicating that players will get the chance to simulate D2:R's introductory ladder season launch.
