Diablo II: Resurrected PTR Patch Notes and Class Changes for February 3rd

Blizzard released a new patch update on February 3rd, with a few significant changes as Community Manager filthierich noted below on the forum. We will be updating our change guides as we are able to test the new content.

Druids' IAS and Summoning skills, Sorceress' Hydra, Paladin Holy Aura, and Barbarian and others' throwing skills are being significantly updated.
