Harldan has set a new speed leveling record, using Chromie Time to take a new character from Level 10 to 60 in just 3 hours and 21 minutes! Like the last speed leveling record we highlighted, there doesn't appear to be any grand secret to his strategy, focusing on skipping around to various pieces of timewalking content to complete efficient quest chains and activities, rather than grinding a single broken mechanic.
