The total playtime from 1 to 99 amounted to 138 hours, and the last level from 98 to 99 alone took over 28 hours. According to Teo's stream overlay, the total amount of sleep he got in over the last 8 nights equals 34 hours, so less than 5 hours of sleep every night for more than a week straight!
