Blizzard has added Windows 10 ARM64 support to the Patch 9.1 PTR, allowing Shadowlands to be run on ARM64 compatible devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Book S, Lenovo Flex 5G, Surface Pro X, and other mobile devices. Because this is a brand new feature, Blizzard is asking for specific feedback from testers to help ensure the game runs smoothly.
