Community Engagement Player Housing Weekly
In our coverage leading up to launch, we highlighted new player housing weekly quests on Beta. These were immediately controversial for rewarding player power via upgrade crests that were directly tied to Player Housing despite Blizzard's stance that Player Housing would not be a player power feature. With the launch of Season 1, these quests have officially arrived on Live servers though we've learned from posted hotfixes that they can only be completed once per account.

Quests

Weekly Housing quests will now drop a Warbound chest of crests.

Developers’ notes: You can do the quest on any character you like and then send the reward to the character you would like to get it. It is intended that these quests can be completed once per account each week.

Player Housing weekly quests are obtained from Vaeli (/way #2393 49.6 66.0), the dracthyr neighborhood postmaster in Silvermoon. This week, Vaeli offers Community Engagement requiring players to make a purchase with Community Coupons from a Neighborhood Endeavor vendor available in any Neighborhood with an active Endeavor.

Player Housing Weekly Rewards
As mentioned previously, rewards can only be collected once per account and the awarded Dawncrests do count towards the weekly caps. For completing the quest, you'll be rewarded with:

Your choice of:
20x Hero Dawncrest

40x Champion Dawncrest

60x Veteran Dawncrest

500x Voidlight Marl

3x Void-Touched Augment Rune

As well as the base rewards of:
Essence of Lumber

500x Voidlight Marl

25x Community Coupons

While it was initially unclear that this was a Warbound quest, Blizzard has clarified via hotfixes and the Dawncrests now come in a warbound cache that can be sent to the desired character. This should alleviate some of the confusion and offer more flexibility for players. Please note crest capped characters will be unable to open the warbound cache.

Whether intended or not, several players have reported having their weekly quest autocomplete despite not interacting with the Endeavor vendor, so you have completed this quest accidentally.
