As part of the The Season Starts: Midnight, you're asked to inspect Naleidea Rivergleam's supplies, and keen players may have noticed the Delver's Starter Kit in her vendor inventory available for free.
This one-time per account purchase grants 200x Coffer Key Shards above the weekly cap which can then be combined for 2 full Restored Coffer Keys. Once purchased, the Delver's Starter Kit is bound to that character so choose the warband recipient wisely.
Restored Coffer Keys can be used to open coffers at the end of Bountiful Delves for gear rewards up to ilvl 250 Champion (2/6):
