Voice of the Silent Star – New Aberrus Raid Cloak Steals Allies Stats

There's a new special effect cloak dropping from Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible on the Dragonflight Patch 10.1 PTR. Voice of the Silent Star is a Very Rare drop from Scalecommander Sarkareth with a selfish special effect - capable of stealing the secondary stats of nearby allies in order to give them to you instead!

Somewhat fitting for the theme of its effect, this special cloak also seems to lack Stamina.
