Vicarious Visions announced today that the studio has completed its merger into Blizzard Entertainment. Announced 15 months ago, the longtime Activision subsidiary was brought into the fold to effectively replace the now defunct Classic Games Division working on Diablo II: Resurrected. With the completion of the merger, the ~200 person team is now fully dedicated to existing Blizzard games and initiatives, but will remain independently located in Albany, New York.
