Valor Item Levels Increased for Patch 9.1 Chains of Domination
Today's PTR build added the item level steps for the Valor upgrades for Patch 9.1. The system works the same way as it currently works for 9.0.5, with steps locked behind Keystone Explorer, Keystone Conqueror, and Keystone Master.
