Primal Nether on Badge of Justice Vendor
Prior to Phase 3, Primal Nethers were only obtained in Heroic dungeons. Now, with the launch of Phase 3, players can acquire them from the Badge of Justice vendor G'eras in Shattrath City for and 10 badges.
Badge of Justice Currency Guide
While Primal Nether is available from the Badge of Justice vendor, they remain bind-on-pickup (BOP), just like its Heroic Dungeon drop counterpart. You can't flip them directly for profit, but using extra badges to make consumables is a great way to earn extra gold.
What to Use Primal Nethers On
At this point in TBC Anniversary, the most popular uses for Primal Nethers are to craft Leg armor enchants such as Golden Spellthread, Nethercleft Leg Armor, and Runic Spellthread. Each of these costs 1 Primal Nether.
That said, in total, Primal Nethers are used to craft more than 100 items. Another popular use for these is crafting the Epic Engineering goggles, such as Deathblow X11 Goggles.
