Blizzard has confirmed that trade functionality in Diablo 4 is still unavailable and under review after today's 1.1.2 Patch.

Update August, 15With the release of patch 1.1.2 today, trade functionality is still in review. The team is continuing their investigation and targeting to have this issue resolved soon. Thank you for your patience on this.
